Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Because each magnet is custom made, we can’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order (damage or defective), please contact us within 72 hours of deliver with:
- Your order number
- A clear phot of the damaged product
- A photo of the packaging
