We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files—so most photos from modern smartphones work perfectly! For the best results, upload high-resolution images. The higher the photo quality, the sharper your magnet will look.

We know that sometimes you need to swap out a photo or make a last-minute change! If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’re happy to help. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at magnethq.info@gmail.com with your order number and the new photos you’d like to use. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your magnets are made.

Because each magnet is custom made, we can’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order (damage or defective), please contact us within 72 hours of deliver with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged product
• A photo of the packaging
